Werner Koepf is a Seattle-based technology and product leader with more than 25 years of experience building and evolving software platforms across consumer and enterprise organizations. He most recently served as Chief Product and Technology Officer at LILT AI, where he led Product and Engineering and worked closely with research teams on the development and deployment of AI-driven systems.
Earlier in his career, Werner held leadership roles at Karat, Conversica, Ticketmaster, Expedia, and Amazon, focusing on platform modernization, engineering effectiveness, and applied artificial intelligence.
Werner holds a Ph.D. in Theoretical Nuclear Physics from the Technische Universität München.
