Sarah Ballinger
Head of Program Management
Sarah is the Center’s Head of Program Management. In this role, she fosters the Center’s growth, sustainability, and advancement of its mission through program management, strategy development, and operational leadership. Sarah has helped to develop the Center’s programs with many of her contributions involving strategic planning, process development, and stakeholder engagement. In addition, Sarah is helping to develop CCC’s organizational architecture, systems, and processes for long-term sustainability. Sarah joined CCC with a background in project management and experience in impact evaluation, policy analysis, and program implementation.
