John Flynn
Masters candidate
John is pursuing his Master’s degree in MIT’s Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) after receiving his MIT bachelor’s degree in EECS and physics. At the Center for Constructive Communication, he is working on Project Odessa: looking to create an internal platform to explore ideas in areas that include natural language processing, content moderation, governance, certification, and communication in the context of decentralized social networks. When not engaging in his academic pursuits, he appreciates the outdoors and hopes future generations will have an opportunity to do the same.
